Here we are again—Sunday, Kelly Sunday. Woosh the weeks just fly by.  Slow it all down, sez I.

The boys are allus aiming for some heavenly body—Moon, Mars, Sun. T'aint no Easter strip, but it'll have to do.

This is an absolutely delightful effort by Kelly himself (and Selby Kelly) to bring the swamp alive (even with those wonderful herons winging through the background!). I've always wondered what the proper voices would sound like for the swamp cast, and Kelly himself demonstrates a charming homespun cornpone take as well as lovely narration. The animation needed a few more between cells, but so what. It's bee-you-tiful to behold.

High Class Junk

Things is purty busy round here, so I'm forced to do what I don't like doin'. Namely posting a strip without cleaning it up — bad registration, lumpy colors and bleed through from the other side. I just ain't got the time, so I'm throwing this post up 'as is', so at least you got somethin' for Sunday, Kelly Sunday. I got some great stuff for the middle of the week if I kin jes' get to it.
