Back for a while with AU-thentic vintage/original tear sheet scans, thanks to David Burd for sharing the Tony Peters collection. I jes' loves the 1952 vintage!
..and there I was afraid you might have disappeared once again... What a dreary Sunday it was! But the start of the week more than irons out my felt disappointment
Yeah, sorry Hun, there was a bit of a family emergency, but all worked out by afternoon. I will endeavor to keep Sundays cheery, knowing that once in a while life intercedes. LLK!
Thom, actually, why don't you generally sprinkle the goodies out all over the week? It might keep the Kelly-ites (who also happen to be YOUR fans) checking more often, instead of relying only on the Sunday morning 'paper' Hun
Well, Hun, I'd certainly love to do that, and will once in a while. But my time is so rationed out, so as to be used up more than I'd like at my age. I'll never be able to retire, so I continue trying to make a living, publishing another book of my art, spending time with family and volunteering two days a week to feed the hungry. Woof! So I tend to go in spurts when I find a little free time. But I'll do what I can!
My name is Thom Buchanan.
I'm an artist and photographer.
People are my favorite subjects to portray in art and photos. My wife (and studio partner) has called that my 'people skills', as I've been passionately creating portrait studies for many years.
I refer to myself as a pictorialist, a combination of image-making and journalist. Images are my life.
Great to see you back, Thom! Sorry I didn't notice right away; I'd fallen out of the habit of looking every Sunday. Now I know!
ReplyDeleteHow did that bear manage to set himself up hibernating under Pogo's floor before Albert broke through the floorboards? Marvelous nonsense as usual.
Hi Larry! Glad to be back, glad to have you back! I never question Kelly's nonsense— I wallow in it!

Thank you, Thom, once again
